When Calls the Heart Renewed For Season 14 On Hallmark Channel

 Hallmark Channel doubles down on the period drama through 2027. 

Hallmark Channel has renewed When Calls the Heart for a fourteenth season, well ahead of the Season 13 premiere on January 4, 2026.

Production on Season 14 will begin next year, and sees the return of original cast member Lori Loughlin as Abigail Stanton, appearing in six of the season’s 12 episodes.

Michelle Vicary, Head of Programming, Hallmark Media, said of the renewal:

“Since the series’ debut in 2014, the character of Abigail Stanton was a fan favorite and beloved by the Hearties. At its core the Hallmark brand is about hope, positivity and connection, which is also the central theme of When Calls the Heart. We felt that Season 14 was the right time to continue Abigail’s story with her return to this beloved series.”

Based on Janette Oke’s novel, When Calls the Heart stars Erin Krakow, Kevin McGarry, Jack Wagner, Chris McNally, Pascale Hutton, and Kavan Smith, continuing the period-set stories of Hope Valley as the community evolves through personal, romantic, and cultural shifts.

Season 14 of When Calls the Heart will premiere in early 2027 on Hallmark Channel.
