Netflix has announced that High Tides will conclude with its upcoming third season, confirming that the previously ordered renewal will now serve as the show’s final chapter. The Belgian coastal drama, which premiered in 2023 and quickly built an international following with its blend of romance, wealth, and simmering tension, will release its full final season worldwide (excluding Belgium) in April 2026.

Season 3 expands beyond Knokke’s shoreline, with the cast heading into a wintry setting where new fractures, secrets, and entanglements take shape. Cast members Pommelien Thijs, Willem De Schryver, Eliyha Altena, Anna Drijver, and Ayana Doucouré all return, joined by newcomers Daan Schuurmans and Nola Elvis Kemper.

The final season is described as follows:

After spending several months in a psychiatric institution, Louise (Pommelien Thijs) returns to Knokke. She is determined to regain control of her life, but once home, nothing is as it was. Alex (Willem De Schryver) and Daan (Eliyha Altena) are hiding secrets and the once powerful Vandael real estate empire is on shaky ground. Right as the pressure crescendos sworn enemy Anton Vermeer (Daan Schuurmans) appears on the scene. Debts, secrets, and lies continue to pile up, and Louise, Daan, and Alex face a dilemma: will they stay true to themselves, or become trapped in a web of intrigue?

The third and final season of High Tides premieres April 3, 2026 on Netflix.
