Season 2 Filming Locations and Production Scale
Season 2 is an international production of enormous scale, with filming currently taking place across Hungary, Jordan, and Spain, a combination that promises sweeping desert visuals and intricate set design reminiscent of Denis Villeneuve’s Dune films. The story explores how two Harkonnen sisters fight against external forces and internal corruption to establish the sisterhood’s foundations, a story rich in intrigue, sacrifice, and philosophical tension.
Executive producers include Alison Schapker, Jordan Goldberg, Mark Tobey, Kevin Lau, Monica Owusu-Breen, Matthew King, Scott Z. Burns, and Jon Spaihts (co-writer of the Dune films).
