Pulse Season 2 Cancelled On Netflix

Pulse has flatlined at Netflix after one season.

Netflix has pulled the plug on Pulse after just one season.

The cancellation comes three months after the medical drama’s debut, which marked the streamer’s first foray into original medical procedurals. Despite a promising premise and high-stakes drama, the series drew mixed reviews and only maintained a brief two-week run on the Nielsen streaming charts.

Pulse centred on Danny Simms, a third-year medical resident thrust into leadership when Dr. Xander Phillips, the hospital’s chief resident, is suddenly suspended. As a hurricane approaches and trauma cases surge, Danny and the rest of the ER must navigate the chaos – both inside the hospital and within their own strained relationships.

With the series now shelved, fans are left without resolution following the season’s intense cliffhanger finale.
