NBC has cancelled Yes, Chef! after one season. The decision comes after the competition series was left off the network’s summer 2026 schedule, nearly a year after its first season aired between April and June of last year.

Hosted by José Andrés and Martha Stewart, the series featured 12 skilled but often rebellious chefs competing in culinary challenges aimed at testing both their cooking abilities and personal growth.

Throughout the competition, contestants were pushed to refine their teamwork and behavior while delivering dishes that impressed the judges. The chef who best handled the pressure each week ultimately claimed the $250,000 grand prize.

Yes, Chef! Season 1 will not be shopped to other outlets for Season 2.
