House of David Renewed for Season 3 at Prime Video
Prime Video has renewed House of David for a third season, with Amazon revealing that Season 1 has attracted more than 40 million viewers worldwide.
Season 3 will chronicle the next chapter in David’s journey as he moves closer to fulfilling his destiny as king. Before claiming the throne, however, David becomes a hunted outlaw, forced into exile and surrounded by enemies.
According to the official synopsis, the new season will explore the sacrifices, betrayals, and personal struggles that shape his transformation from shepherd and warrior into Israel’s future ruler.
“We are incredibly grateful to fans around the world who have embraced House of David,” said creators and executive producers Jon Erwin and Jon Gunn. “Season Three follows David through one of the most defining chapters of his life, and we’re honored to share this next chapter alongside our partners at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios.”

The series stars Michael Iskander as David alongside Ali Suliman, Ayelet Zurer, Stephen Lang, Indy Lewis, Yali Topol Margalith, Ethan Kai, Sam Otto, Oded Fehr, Louis Ferreira, Davood Ghadami, Ashraf Barhom, and Alexander Uloom.
Season 3 of House of David is slated to release in 2027 on Prime Video.
