Trivial Pursuit has been renewed for a third season by The CW. The network has ordered another season of one-hour episodes following the continued success of the trivia competition.

Hosted by LeVar Burton, Trivial Pursuit adapts the iconic Hasbro board game into a fast-paced television competition where contestants answer questions across a wide range of categories for the chance to win cash prizes. Since debuting, the series has reached more than 14.7 million viewers, making it one of The CW’s top-performing entertainment programs.

The renewal arrives while Season 2 is still airing. New episodes return to The CW on October 1, and the series is also preparing for a wider audience through syndication after securing broadcast clearance in more than 85% of U.S. television markets.

Season 3 of Trivial Pursuit is slated to premiere in 2027 on The CW.
