Harry Potter: Wizards Of Baking has been renewed for a third season by Food Network.

The competition series will return as part of the network’s fourth-quarter holiday programming lineup, with James and Oliver Phelps returning as hosts.

The renewal follows ratings growth during Season 2, which reached more than 10 million viewers across Food Network, HBO Max and discovery+. According to the network, the second season also improved year over year by 4% among adults 25-54 and 15% among adults 25-34.

Season 3 will introduce a tournament-style team format, with competing bakers divided among the four Hogwarts houses of Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. Each episode will pay tribute to a different Harry Potter film as the franchise marks the 25th anniversary of the first movie, with the competition also expanding to additional locations associated with the films.

Betsy Ayala, President of Food Network, said:

“Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking has struck a chord with viewers by bringing extraordinary culinary craftsmanship to one of the world’s most beloved franchises. Together with Warner Horizon Unscripted Television and teams across Warner Bros. Discovery, we’re excited to build on that momentum in Season 3 with ambitious new creations, iconic locations and enchanting surprises. This year is especially exciting as fans celebrate the 25th anniversary of the first film.”

Additional details about the competitors and Season 3 schedule will be announced at a later date.

Season 3 of Harry Potter: Wizards Of Baking is expected to premiere in late 2026 on Food Network.
