ABC has cancelled Doctor Odyssey after just one season. The decision comes a little over a month after the freshman medical drama concluded its 18-episode run. The show was the last remaining ABC drama without a decision heading into the next TV season.

Reports indicate that the cast’s contracts are set to expire on Monday and will not be renewed, confirming that the network has officially pulled the plug.

The series starred Dr. Max Bankman as the head doctor aboard a luxury cruise ship, where the medical team faced high-stakes emergencies—along with high-seas drama—while working and living together far from land.
