Apple TV+ Renews Tehran For Season 4 Ahead Of Third Season Premiere

Apple TV+ has renewed espionage thriller Tehran for a fourth season, while also setting a January 2026 premiere date for Season 3.

Created by Dana Eden, Moshe Zonder, Tehran follows Mossad hacker-agent Tamar as she navigates dangerous undercover operations in Iran. In Season 3, after going rogue and suffering devastating personal losses, Tamar must rebuild trust with the Mossad and reinvent herself to stay alive.

Season 3 brings multi-Emmy Award nominee Hugh Laurie into the cast as Eric Peterson, a South African nuclear inspector. He joins returning stars Niv Sultan, Shaun Toub, and Shila Ommi, with additional cast members Sasson Gabai, Phoenix Raei, and Bahar Pars.

Apple confirmed that Tehran Season 4 is in production, ensuring the globe-spanning thriller will continue beyond its third upcoming season and into 2027.

The new eight-episode Season 3 will debut January 9, 2026, launching with one episode followed by weekly installments through February 27, 2026.
