Paramount+ has renewed School Spirits for a fourth season. The pickup comes shortly after the drama wrapped its third season on March 4, continuing its run following strong critical response.

School Spirits follows Maddie Nears, a teenager who finds herself stuck in the afterlife investigating her own mysterious disappearance. As she works to uncover the truth, she navigates relationships with both the living and other spirits tied to her high school.

Season 3 starred Peyton List alongside Kristian Ventura, Spencer MacPherson, Kiara Pichardo, Sarah Yarkin, Nick Pugliese, Rainbow Wedell, Josh Zuckerman, Maria Dizzia, Ci Hang Ma, Miles Elliot and Milo Manheim.

There is no word yet on whether Season 4 is planned as the final chapter or if the series could continue beyond a fourth season.

School Spirits Season 4 is set to premiere in 2027 on Paramount+.
