Reacher Renewed For Season 5 On Prime Video Ahead Of 4th Season Premiere

Prime Video has renewed Reacher for a fifth season, we have learned, securing the action drama’s future ahead of its upcoming fourth-season.

The early pickup extends the adaptation of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher novels into 2027.

Developed by Nick Santora, the series stars Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher, a former U.S. Army military police officer who lives off the grid and becomes entangled in violent criminal conspiracies during his travels. Each season adapts a different novel from Child’s long-running book series.

Season 4 was previously ordered and is based on Gone Tomorrow. A separate spinoff series, Neagley, is also in production.

Prime Video has not indicated whether Reacher Season 5 is intended to conclude the main series or leave the door open for a sixth season.

Reacher Season 4 is slated to premiere later in 2026 on Prime Video. Season 5 is expected to premiere in 2027.
