CBS has renewed Elsbeth for a fourth season, extending the comedy crime drama beyond its current third run.

The Season 4 pickup was announced midway through Season 3, which resumes with enw episodes on February 26.

The series centers on attorney Elsbeth Tascioni, who relocates from Chicago to New York City after a successful legal career. Working alongside the NYPD, she applies her unconventional perspective to spot details others miss and help solve complex cases.

The renewal is one of 16 CBS shows currently renewed for the 2026-27 season.

Elsbeth Season 4 is slated to premiere this fall as part of the 2026-27 broadcast season on CBS.
