It's Not Like That Cancelled by Prime Video After One Season

Prime Video has cancelled It’s Not Like That after one season, bringing the family drama to an end less than two months after its debut.

No reason was given for the decision. The cancellation comes despite generally positive reviews and the series reaching Prime Video’s Global Top 10 shortly after its release, making its swift exit a somewhat surprising one.

It’s Not Like That starred Scott Foley as Malcolm Jeffries, a pastor adjusting to life as a widowed father of three, while Erinn Hayes played Lori Soto, a newly divorced mother raising two teenagers. Once inseparable family friends, Malcolm and Lori suddenly found themselves navigating the challenges of single parenthood, grief, and new beginnings together.
