Apple TV+ has renewed The Morning Show for Season 5, confirming the pickup on the eve of the Season 4 premiere.

The series continues with stars and executive producers Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, alongside showrunner and executive producer Charlotte Stoudt and director and executive producer Mimi Leder.

Season 4 is set in spring 2024, nearly two years after Season 3, with the UBA-NBN merger complete. The newsroom navigates hidden agendas and the shifting definition of truth in a polarized America, amid deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups.

Returning cast includes Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Nicole Beharie and Jon Hamm, with new additions Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook, Marion Cotillard and Jeremy Irons.

Season 4 premieres Wednesday, September 17, 2025 on Apple TV+; Season 5 is slated to release in mid-to-late 2026.
