Netflix has renewed its upcoming animated comedy Long Story Short for a second season, three weeks ahead of the show’s Season 1 premiere. The 10-episode first season will debut on Friday, August 22, 2025.
Created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg (BoJack Horseman), the half-hour series follows the Schwooper siblings across decades, shifting between childhood and adulthood to explore their shared wins, losses, and emotional growth.
